| Oslo is today a well equipped conference city with hotels and meeting facilities for up to 7,000 persons. The city's compact centre with the majority of hotels, meeting facilities and tourist attractions within walking distance makes Oslo a practical venue for a congress arrangement. Scientific congresses for up to 4,500 participants have been arranged to date and many organisers have already decided to come to Oslo in the future. A new and modern congress centre for 6000 persons is located at Lillestrøm – mid way between the airport and the city centre. The centre also has large exhibition facilities. |  |
