Bjørvika Project Information Centre
The information centre is situated on Paulsenkaia, close to the construction site for the new opera house. Here you can learn more about how they will redirect the E18 in connection with the bulding of the new opera.
The Bjørvika project will realign the existing E18 motorway from the surface of Oslo?s city centre to under the harbour area. This will be achieved by an immersed tunnel connecting two existing rock tunnels.
