Aubergine
Aubergine offers a wide selection of vegetarian food with hot and cold dishes catering for all tastes. The restaurant offers courses without eggs and/or dairy products and is particularly known for its salads and raw food. Aubergine also offers a range of beverages and desserts.
Aubergine is the new name of the vegetarian restaurant Vegeta Vertshus, which has has served vegetarian food in Oslo since 1938, and is one of the oldest and most famous vegetarian restaurants in Europe. The name of the restaurant is now Aubergine, and the place has opened in new facilities in Akersgata.
Aubergine gives a discount for students and seniors on parts of the menu.
